Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Unable to accept returns for:

• Custom orders

• Used or altered items

• Orders reported after the 5-day window

Cancellations: I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
